Supercritical fluid extraction is the world's most advanced physical extraction technology, known as SFE ( Supercritical fluid extraction ).

At lower temperatures, the gas turns into a liquid as the gas pressure increases. As the pressure increases, the volume of the liquid increases. Comparison of Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction ( SCFE ) and Chemical Extraction

(1) The extraction can be carried out at a temperature close to room temperature (35-40°C) and CO2 gas, effectively preventing oxidation and emission of heat-sensitive substances. Therefore, all components of the medicinal plant are maintained in the extract, and the high boiling point, low volatility, and easily pyrolyzable substances can be extracted below the boiling point of the medicinal plant.
